Louvinia Thomas is the owner and sole investigator at A Plus Investigations LLC in Owensboro, Kentucky. She is a licensed private investigator, a certified process server, and an honorably discharged military veteran.

Louvinia Thomas personally answers every call and handles every case from start to finish. Her work covers missing persons, child custody, divorce and maintenance investigations, background checks, skip tracing, video surveillance, and nursing home abuse and neglect. In January 2022 the Owensboro Messenger-Inquirer reported that Louvinia Thomas identified the man who took a missing 14 year old out of Owensboro, which led police to issue an arrest warrant and bring the teen home from Texas.
